Bellaire TCU

Master Bath Suite Contrast

The Task & Project Vision

When a returning client came to us with a home they were preparing to sell in Bellaire — one of Fort Worth's most distinguished neighborhoods near TCU — they weren't just hiring a contractor. They were handing us the final chapter of a home they'd cared about deeply. The pressure of that isn't lost on us. Neither is the privilege.

The shower sets the tone the moment you step into the room. We clad the walls in Home Brick Forest glazed porcelain tile — a 2x10 brick format in a deep, forest green that shifts and breathes with the light. The glaze gives each tile its own character, so the wall reads as rich and textural rather than flat or repetitive. It is the kind of material choice that a discerning buyer notices immediately and remembers long after the showing.

At the floor of the shower, Gravestone Bone KitKat mosaic tile introduces a quiet counterpoint — delicate, linear, and grounding. A custom quartz bench anchors the shower with the same refined material language carried throughout the rest of the space.

At the vanity, quartz countertops continue the thread of quality — clean, durable, and timeless.

The existing cabinetry had beautiful bones; it simply needed care. We replaced all hinges and drawer rails to restore full functionality, then repainted the cabinets to bring them back to their original elegance.

The result is a space that feels both boldly designed and effortlessly livable. The home sold within months of the remodel
